After one century-old dream, one sleeping beauty will wake up, just like in fairy tale. Maybe it is more appropriate to call her "old lady" beacuse she was born before 1900.
During the Austro-Hungarian rule, they called her Fisherhutte. Fine gentelman were walking on peninsula of Verudela, looking for refreshment and they found modest ambience of Ribarska koliba. Modesty soon turned into simplicity, and that was known by true gourments who are constantly in search of a taste that can only be described as – the taste of the sea.
